Mixed Seafood Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 250 g mixed seafood
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • a pack of 10 ladyfingers
  • Sour cherry compote
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoon2 of cocoa powder
  • parsley for garnishing

Preparation method:

  1. If using frozen seafood place them in a bowl with water and wait to melt.
  2. Wash them under running water
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet and add the seafood, salt and pepper and stir-fry over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Lower the temperature, pour some of the compote liquid and sour cherries, and stir-fry another minute.
  5. Spread the mascarpone cheese on the bottom of a large saucer, add on top fried seafood, drizzle some compote liquid, stick some ladyfingers into the cheese on the side, sprinkle a tiny bit of cocoa powder on top and garnish with some parsley leaves

Salpicon de Marisco – Spanish Seafood Salad


  • 500 g frozen mixed seafood
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • cider vinegar
  • salt to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Chop the garlic.
  2. Chop the green pepper.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Peel the shrimps if needed.
  5. Cut the octopus and the surimi into slices.
  6. Chop the onion into small pieces
  7. Chop the red pepper and the green one.
  8. Place all these ingredients in a bowl, including with the black olives, which I forgot to add :).
  9. Mince finely the garlic.
  10. Prepare the vinaigrette: Add the oil, vinegar, salt and the minced garlic into a bowl, and using a fork beat it until emulsified and thickened. Add more olive oil or vinegar to your taste.
  11. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salpicon bowl. Let it rest for 1-2 hours for its ingredients to marinade.
  12. Serve it cold.

Smokey Shiitake Mushrooms with Panfried Shrimps


  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 kg fresh shiitake mushrooms
    fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dried red chilli flakes
  • 250 g fresh or frozen shrimps
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Fresh green onion

Preparation method

  1. Slice the mushrooms into 2-3 pieces.

  2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until very hot.

  4. Add the mushrooms, chopped garlic, chilli flakes and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Fry, stirring occasionally, until they get a bit smokey and well browned, about 4 minutes. Smokey Shiitake Mushrooms with Panfried ShrimpsTransfer them to a plate and set aside.
  6. Add another spoon of olive oil to the pan and add the shrimps.
  7. Fry them, turning once for around 2-3 minutes. Squeeze about a tablespoon of lemon juice over.

  8. Serve the smokey mushrooms mixed with shrimps. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
